Dave Hedrick Dropped By Warners? Rumours Of Diane Nelson Moving DC Collectibles To WB Consumer Products Gather Pace

AAEAAQAAAAAAAAb6AAAAJGQ1ODJhMWRiLWEwOWEtNDFhZi1iMTNhLTdiZjhlMzk2NzRhMgThe New York Post reported on a shake-up at DC Comics last week. Bleeding Cool gave it a little bit of a rummage over the weekend.

No names were mentioned, but I did hear about some specific individuals at a neighbouring department.

I am told that Diane Nelson has started making changes at the Warner Bros. Consumer Products division she now heads.

That Dave Hedrick, who was Senior Vice President of Global Promotions and Studio Licensing and had been at WB for 25 years, was fired last week – though he has yet to go official with the news.

There are rumors that Diane intends to move DC Collectibles over to WB Consumer Products, including the DC head of that division.

He is not happy about the prospect…

DC Comics declined comment, and Dave Hendrick did not reply to inquiries made earlier today.
