DC Comics Multiverse Signature Collection Figures Start with Batman and The Flash

DC Comics Multiverse figures are getting new ultimate editions titled the "Signature Collection". The first two figures will be a Batman based on his look from Batman Forever, where he was played by Val Kilmer, and The Flash based on his look from the '90s TV show, where he was played by John Wesley Shipp. The figures will ship in late spring/early summer.

All-time favorite DC Super Heroes are now available as deluxe action figures! Batman from Batman Forever and The Flash from the classic hit TV series come in 6.5 inch scale, with 26 points of articulation, interchangeable extra hands to create exciting battle poses, portrait head sculpts, and signature costume details. Each of these collectors' quality action figures has a display base with a removable flight stand for posing and a signature diorama background card.

Both of these figures look to be a huge step up in quality for Mattel. DC Comics Multiverse figures have not been the greatest these last few years between delays, poor quality figures, and bad paint aps. I know that at stores around me, you can walk in and get basically whatever figures you want at drastically reduced prices. Hopefully these can help turn that around.

They both come with a large amount of accessories and feature more articulation than we are used to in a DC Comics figure these days. Never thought I would see a Batman Forever Batman figure come out again, but I am glad. Kilmer was an underrated Bruce and Dark Knight. The Flash is perfect, and I love the way they use the action stand coming off the base. Nice touch there.

You can preorder these now here.
