Tonight Is Feebas Spotlight Hour In Pokémon GO: Timeless Travels

The first Spotlight Hour of Pokémon GO's new Timeless Travels event has dawned and it features a fishy friend to one and all: Feebas.

Tonight is Feebas Spotlight Hour in Pokémon GO. From 6–7 PM tonight, Tuesday, December 5th, this fishy Pokémon will appear throughout the hour with increased frequency in the wild. It will also respond more frequently to Incense and even pop up in spawn points that are not normally active. You will need to get out there and walk in order to activate that Incense buff, though. This is the first Spotlight Hour of December 2023 in Pokémon GO, launching the current Season entitled Adventures Abound. After we get into the details about tonight's Feebas Spotlight Hour, we will break down the Spotlights and events to come during December 2023 in Pokémon GO.

Feebas can be encountered in its Shiny form in the wild. Its standard form, pictured above, is brown with blue fins. The Shiny version is far more vibrant, with the brown being replaced with purple. Historically, Feebas has had a boosted Shiny rate, so you may want to grind tonight if you want extra Shiny Feebas and its evolution, Milotic.

Tonight's Spotlight Hour bonus is Double Catch Candy. You don't need any extra items to take advantage of this bonus. Simply catch your heart out.

  • Tuesday, December 12th, 2023: Seel with double transfer Candy, can be Shiny
  • Tuesday, December 19th, 2023: Snorunt with double XP for evolving, can be Shiny
  • Tuesday, NoDecemberember 26th, 2023: Vanillite with double Stardust for catching, can be Shiny
