Check Out This Mod That Makes Fallout 4 Look Like Borderlands
The 'Borderlands' mod always seems to pop up at some point for those games that are heavily modded. That cel shaded look is pretty desirable for some,so perhaps it isn't surprising to see that one such mod has turned up for Fallout 4.
To get a good look at it, check out this video from venombite12 who used the mod as made by Reddit user Reddit_is_Wrong. It essentially outlines everything in the game to give it that cel shaded look. And I mean everything. It means you can't much read menus or text, but hey, if you want something new visually for the game, why not give this a go?
