The Witness Gets A Beautiful Longshot Trailer
The Witness has been gestating for a long, long time now. It was meant to be a near launch title for the PlayStation 4, but its creator Jonathan Blow has been toiling away on it, getting it to a place he is happy with slowler than originally planned. It is finally due out in January, and with that comes a ramping up marketing campaign.
This new trailer is a pretty neat little mood piece though. It's just a slow, panning bird's eye view of a part of the Island you'll be exploring in the game. It looks gorgeous. It also features an absence of music, which Jonathan Blow said will be '"mostly" par for the entire game. Interesting.
