10 Episodes In 5 Minutes – Catching Up On Gotham
Interesting timing. My nephew just asked me yesterday if I thought Gotham was worth watching. I told him some folks like it, some don't and that he needed to try it himself. Seems the folks at Fox want to get some of the people that haven't tried it yet to get a feel for the show. Here they have put together a five minute recap of the first 10 episodes. I think it does a good job of catching folks up and introducing you to James Gordon (Ben McKenzie) and Oswald Cobblepot (Robin Lord Taylor). What you don't get is any kind of feel for Harvey Bullock (Donal Logue) and he is one of the things that makes the series good.
They also released The Season So Far, an interview clip with the cast that includes Logue saying "You also get Alfred Pennywoth Unleashed…" If DC doesn't end up doing Alfred Pennyworth Unleashed as a four-part miniseries soon then they are missing out.
Gotham returns January 5th.
