Comedy Central Gives Series Order To Jeff And Some Aliens

jeffandsomealiensComedy Central has ordered 10-episodes of the new animated series Jeff And Some Aliens. The series, a spinoff of TripTank, was created by Sean Donnelly and Alessandro Minoli and will debut in 2016.

Having first appeared in sketches on TripTank, Jeff And Some Aliens follows the world's most average guy and the aliens sent down to judge humanity by observing him. Though I think it would be hard to have an average life with three alien roommates and constantly having to perform intergalactic based challenges.

Donnally and Minoli had this to say about the series order:

We'd like to beat the trolls to the punch and be the first to say: 'They cancelled Futurama for THIS?!,'
