Tonight HBO airs the season finale for the controversial fifth season of Game of Thrones. The tenth episode, which seems to have come very quickly, is called Mother's Mercy. This might add a little extra pressure now to George R R Martin as the series is now completely caught up with the novels and is striking off into new territory next season if the Winds of War.
