Grant Ward Is Collecting The Dented Cans For The New Hydra
Brett Dalton who plays Grant Ward on Marvel's Agents of SHIELD did a behind the scenes interview talking about rebuilding Hydra in the third season of the ABC series. In the interview he gives some interesting insights into his character… how he's mirroring Phil Coulson (Clark Gregg) and how the two men both want the same thing, world peace, but they have different definitions of the term and how to get there.
He also talks about how Ward collects a group of 'dented cans' for his new Hydra, seen the value in people that others have cast aside. Listen to Dalton, it comes across like he sees Ward as the hero of the story, which is what a good actor should believe when they are playing a villain.
Marvel's Agents of SHIELD airs Tuesdays at 9 PM on ABC.
