Hawkeye To Appear In Captain America: Civil War
Captain America: Civil War might end up being a battle over screen time. Already confirmed for the film are Chris Evans as Captain America, Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man, Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow, Anthony Mackie as Falcon and Chadwick Boseman as Black Panther. Plus we expect this to be where we first see Spider-Man in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Well, thanks to a line at the bottom of a Hollywood Reporter article about Jeremy Renner joining the cast of the sci-fi drama Story of Your Life by recently announced Blade Runner sequel director Denis Villenueve… we learned that Renner will be in Civil War as well.
"He will shoot Captain America: Civil War this spring, then segue to Story of Your Life in mid-June, working with Villeneuve, considered one of the hottest directors in town and who just booked the sequel to Blade Runner."
As the MCU keeps getting bigger, Marvel may want to start selling programs in the movie theater lobbies to help people keep track of who's who.
