Henry Cavill Is Trying To Troll Green Lantern Fans To Death
There are a lot of rumors flying around about the upcoming Justice League movie. One of the biggest has been the ongoing rumor about the Green Lanterns or, in the case of the movie, the lack of them. The green lanterns are a staple of the DC universe and were, unfortunately, given a terrible movie back in 2011. At the moment DC has announced that there are plans for a Green Lantern Corps movie in 2020 but fans have been wondering if they would turn up in some capacity before then.
Henry Cavill seems to know that and is using instagram to troll those DC fans hoping for a green lantern to show up in Justice League.
This wouldn't be the first time Cavill decided to troll DC fans. Back during the promo for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice Cavill walked around Times Square in a Superman shirt posing in front of a giant poster for the movie.
There hasn't been any confirmation one way or another if the green lanterns will be making an appearance in the DC universe before 2020. There's a good chance that Cavill is just having fun on social media.
