"Bond": "No Time to Die" Teaser Promotes Wednesday Trailer
MGM revealed a quick first look at Daniel Craig's final turn as James Bond in the 25th film of the franchise No Time to Die. The teaser offered some quick cuts of Craig, Naomie Harris, Ana de Armas, and Bond's latest Aston Martin. The vehicle fitted with interchangeable headlights to miniguns.
After the series of action shots, MGM announced No Time to Die's official trailer premiere for December 4th. Cary Joji Fukunaga, who shares co-writing credit with Neal Purvis, Robert Wade, Scott Z. Burns, and Phoebe Waller-Bridge, directed the film.
James Bond has left active service when his friend, the CIA officer Felix Leiter, enlists his help in the search for a missing scientist. When it becomes apparent that the scientist was abducted, Bond must confront a danger the likes of which the world has never seen before
The 51-year old is the sixth actor to portray Agent 007 starring in five of the Bond films since 2006's Casino Royale. After grossing a then record $594 million globally at the box office, he reprised the role in Quantum of Solace (2008), Skyfall (2012), and Spectre (2015). The Craig films grossed a combined $3.18 billion, more than any previous Bond actor. Skyfall's $1.11 billion remains the top box office record for the franchise.
The film stars Craig, Rami Malek, Ralph Fiennes, Harris, Rory Kinnear, Léa Seydoux, Ben Whishaw, Jeffrey Wright, Armas, Lashana Lynch, David Dencik, Dali Benssalah, and Billy Magnussen.
Fiennes (M), Harris (Moneypenny), Seydoux (Madeleine Swann), Whishaw (Q) and Wright (Felix Leiter) reprise their roles from Spectre.
No Time to Die comes to theaters April 8.
