Michelle Monaghan Is Returning For 'Mission: Impossible 6'
While largely absent from the last two installments of the franchise Michelle Monaghan will be returning to Mission: Impossible 6 according to Deadline. Director Christopher McQuarrie posted a picture to his instagram to confirm the news.
Monaghan's character married Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) in Mission: Impossible 3 but aside from a brief cameo at the very end of the four movie she hasn't played a role in the series since.
The movie is currently filming as Monaghan joins returning and new cast members Cruise, Rebecca Ferguson, Henry Cavill, Vanessa Kirby, Alec Baldwin, and Angela Bassett. We don't know anything about the plot yet but it does have a release date of July 27, 2018
