Rumour Is Captain Marvel's Treatment Is Nearly Done With Director Search Starting Early Next Year
While I look forward to almost every Marvel movie, I have a very keen eye on Captain Marvel. Seeing the first female lead film in the universe will be really exciting I reckon.
Things are seemingly progressing too. According to Variety reporter Justin Kroll, he's heard that a treatment for the film is nearly done, and the studio will be getting a version of it 'soon'. He also states that this will lead to the director search, but that isn't going to happen until at least the new year.
While the film is obviously still some time away, it's exciting to see it making the right kind of progress. That director search is something we will most certainly be keeping tabs on.
