Steven Seagal is Under Siege in the Ukraine today after being Marked For Death — or at least banned from entering the country.

The Ukraine opted for the Maximum Conviction after the international movie star accepted Russian citizenship in 2016, making an Executive Decision to invoke a law and ban The Foreigner from Deadly Crossing over its borders for the next five years.

Seagal will need to stay Out Of Reach of Ukrainian authorities during that time period, lest he find out that he's not Above The Law and end up at the End Of A Gun. It's unknown whether Seagal's Code Of Honor will cause him to seek Absolution before the ban is up, but the legendary martial artist's will and determination are notoriously Hard To Kill.
