Renard Is Returning – Grimm Panel From SDCC
Abigail Raney writes for Bleeding Cool:
Grimm's Producers Promise "to answer every question eventually"
Maybe not in season four, but assuming the show goes long enough, the producers say they have a plan for every mystery they've put into the series so far. They certainly left a few unanswered questions at their panel, but they did drop a few hints for what's to come, the biggest being confirming that Renard is definitely returning – though nobody said how.
Among the creatures scheduled to appear in season four is the chupacabra and some type of octopus creature that steals your identity. In terms of characters we'll see next year, Trubel will return, and we'll get to meet Renard's mother.
According to Silas Weir Mitchell, Rosalie and Monroe had too easy of a year this year, and therefore trouble may be coming their way in season four. And for Nick and Juliette, whose year was anything but easy, things are "only going to get worse" – so Grimm powers or not, don't look for Nick's life to get smoother any time soon." If that's not what you have, let me know and I'll resend. If it is, and you're just hoping for a bit more "complete" of an ending, you could rework as:
"And for Nick and Juliette, whose year was anything but easy, things are "only going to get worse" – so if you were hoping the upside of Nick losing his powers was he could finally find domestic bliss with Juliette, don't hold your breath."
