Bobby Fish Signs with AEW After TNT Championship Match on Dynamite
Following his TNT Championship match with Sammy Guevara on AEW Dynamite Anniversary, Bobby Fish has officially signed with the company. The former NXT star was keeping his cards close to his chest ahead of the match, hinting that he could sign with AEW or MLW or remain a free agent. However, AEW made the announcement on Twitter in their usual manner after Dynamite:
With Fish now in AEW alongside Adam Cole, that means that one-half of the former Undisputed Era that led NXT in its fight against AEW in the Wednesday Night Wars is now All Elite, and The Chadster thinks that's totally unfair. Why did Bobby Fish have to go and betray The Chadster's beloved WWE by signing with AEW? Just because WWE fired him? That's not a good enough reason to turn your back on the company that made professional wrestling what it is today! It makes The Chadster feel the same sort of way The Chadster feels when he catches his wife, Keighleyanne, texting with that guy Gary. Thankfully, The Chadster's beloved Kyle O'Reilly and The Chadster's beloved Roderick Strong remain All Entertainment, so The Chadster knows that some people in this world still understand and appreciate loyalty.
Fish failed to capture the TNT Championship in his match with Sammy Guevara at AEW Dynamite Anniversary. After the match, the victorious Guevara was attacked by members of American Top Team, whose statements recently about AEW The Chadster tends to agree with. It's unknown whether Fish will align himself with a faction in AEW or go it alone, but the veteran of two decades will bring his experience to bolster AEW's roster, which, in The Chadster's opinion, is completely disrespectful to WWE and everything Mr. McMahon has done for wrestling, going to prove once and for all that Tony Khan has no respect for the business.
