Legends of Tomorrow Season 4 Episode 9: Summary and 14 New Images

Legends of Tomorrow has been on hiatus since December which is quite a long time for a show to be off the air. A lot of people assumed that this meant that the CW was in the process of canceling the show but it was renewed for a fifth season. Now the show is finally set to return and the official media site for the CW has shared a summary of the episode and a whole bunch of new images from the returning superhero show.

EPISODE DESCRIPTION
"Lucha De Apuestas"

BELIEVE IT OR NOT — When the Legends hear that Mona (Roman Young) has let a fugitive go, they must head to 1961 Mexico City to clean up her mess. Mona tries to convince the Legends and the Bureau that the people responsible for releasing the fugitive were some mysterious Men in Black and not her. With no evidence to back up her theory, the Legends must decide if they should trust her and go against the Bureau. Meanwhile, Nate (Nick Zano) and Zari (Tala Ashe) go on a recon mission to find out what Hank (guest star Tom Wilson) might be hiding from everyone. Caity Lotz, Matt Ryan, Brandon Routh, Dominic Purcell, Jes Macallan and Maisie Richardson-Sellers also star. Andrew Kasch directed the episode written by Keto Shimizu & Tyron B. Carter (#409). Original airdate 4/1/2019.

Summary: After defeating the demon Mallus by cuddling him to death with a giant stuffed animal named Beebo, the Legends are ready to ease off the gas. Sara and her team join Ava Sharpe and the Time Bureau to help clean up the last few remaining anachronisms. The job seems straightforward enough until Constantine arrives to inform them that, in solving one major problem, they have created another, much larger one.

Legends of Tomorrow, created by Greg Berlanti, Marc Guggenheim, and Phil Klemmer, stars Brandon Routh, Caity Lotz, Dominic Purcell, Nick Zano, Tala Ashe, Jes Macallan, Matt Ryan, and Courtney Ford. It will return on April 1st on the CW.
