Nailed It! Season 6 Trailer Unleashes Pure Sweet Chaos & Jack McBrayer
Netflix's Nailed It! is coming back for a sixth season & the recently released trailer gives plenty of laughs and hilarious shock fans have been waiting for. Many quick snippets of guest celebrity judges, horrendous yet loveable baking results, and a surprise of Jack McBrayer as a celebrity contestant give a lot to look forward to.
McBrayer, the iconic actor who played Kenneth the Page on 30 Rock, gives a quote that sums up his and honestly many fans' feelings when watching the baking competition saying, "I just love seeing the misfortune of others". Well at least he's being honest and it makes the upcoming episode he's featured on that much more of something we'd wanna watch. As in previous seasons, the host/judge Nicole Byer will be joined by Jacques Torres whose French accent continues to critique bakers' creations in a way that makes everything seem fancier and nicer. Other than those two, celebrity guest judges will be included as usual. The guest judges for this sixth season include Reggie Watts, Wayne Brady, Big Freedia, June Diane Raphael, Sasheer Zamata, and Sam Richardson.
The Nailed It! grand prize will continue to be at ten thousand dollars, given out to the winner at the end of each episode. One unique challenge we see presented to the bakers, not sure of which episode it will be yet, will be to bake a pie for this first time in the show's history. Other themes and challenges range from a recreation of chocolate pieces inspired by the chocolatier himself, Jacques Torres, to working on paranormal pastries, and a celebration of Black History. From mistakenly including beans in a dish, which produced a joke about crunchy quality from Torres, to the odd attempts at creating figurines out of fondant it all gets at every Nailed It! fans' laughter button. The sixth season of Nailed It! premieres on Netflix on September 15th.
