Riverdale Renewed for Season 2
Riverdale fans can rest easy tonight. Archie Comics announced this afternoon that the teen drama will in fact come back for a second season. While ratings have been somewhat lukewarm, it's one of the CW's top streaming shows and has done well on Netflix (though it won't be on Netflix US for some time). A few days ago writer Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa did promise fans that this season would be wrapped up nicely and that season 2 would introduce a big baddie established Archie fans would be familiar with. Looks like we have a lot to look forward to in the world of Riverdale!
