You Simply. Can. NOT. Unsee this Joker from the 'Gotham' Finale!

I knew the folks at Gotham were going to throw Cameron Monaghan's Joker at us during the series finale later this month- I just didn't have any idea he would be so damned horrific!

When we last saw Jeremiah Valeska, Bruce Wayne (David Mazouz) had just knocked him into a vat of toxic waste. And you know what they say about dropping sociopaths into toxic waste, right?

YOU GET THIS.

And yes, friends, that is a batarang sticking out of the Joker's hand. Our moment of delivery is coming soon, with a two part finale starting with "They Did What?" on Thursday, April 18th, followed by "The Beginning" on Thursday, April 25th.

"The Beginning" will be the end of Gotham, with a rumored jump ten years into the future of Gotham City, with a certain masked vigilante fighting a never ending war against crime.

Monaghan has certainly given us the performance of a life-time, evolving his character(s) through all five seasons of the show, and just about every incarnation of the Joker that has appeared in comics to date. You want staple-face Joker? Yeah, Gotham did that.

Super-genius Joker, man with a plan to make things fit into his world-view? Yep, Gotham went there.

But this Joker feels like something new, something entirely Gotham in its own right. I can't wait to see how "The Beginning" comes together!
