Wait… Didn't We Just Get A New Lobo Origin?

Over on Twitter, Rob Liefeld is pointing out that in Stormwatch #20 we got a new Lobo origin from the venerable Jim Starlin and artist Yvel Guichet.

 

So why is DC already changing things up? Do we now have two Czarnians in the universe? And why is Rob Liefeld the new defender of DC Continuity? Wasn't Stormwatch #20 just  out within the last six months? And if the robot guy can go back to see Lobo's origin… wouldn't he see that he's not Lobo?
