At the DC panel at ECCC, Gail Simone talked about upcoming issues of Batgirl from issues 32, 33, 34 as something that she's been asking for since the launch of the New 52. And now, finally, is being allowed to write.

Batgirl has been dogged in controversy since the out-of-the-wheelchair reboot, but after having a transgender character reveal going through smoothly, it's interesting to speculate what Gail wasn't allowed to do…
