DC Comics 'Would Like To Recall The Message, Direct Deposit Information'

DC_comics_logo_2012So DC Comics sent the following e-mail out.

Hello,

It's the holiday season! Wouldn't you like to receive your payments more quickly?

We have not yet received your ACH (direct deposit) enrollment form and encourage you to consider this today. It will allow your payments to be directly deposited into your bank account and reach you more quickly. The easy step by step instructions are outlined below:

Using the attached ACH enrollment form, simply fill out the required information, sign, date and return to us along with a voided check from your bank account either via fax to XXX-XXX-XXX or via email to XXXXXXXXXXXX@DCEntertainment.com. All information sent through these channels will be kept secure and confidential.

Which would sound a lot more convincing if DC hadn't sent this out to their entire freelance e-mail list as a cc: rather than a bcc:

I think the horse has rather bolted on this one, I'm afraid.
