Everyone Is A Critic – Is This Too Far? (UPDATE)

On Instagram, Marguerite Bennett posted the following picture with the caption: "Seen at another creators table, left by a fan."

BadReview

Not sure I would call them a fan… but the note is pretty self-explanatory. If you bought some comics that you absolutely hated, would you do something like this? Did this person go too far? Bennett didn't say whose table it was, and neither shall we…

Yanick Paquette's considered response?

I welcome any willing to return my unappreciated work on my table! I'll flip those right back and make $ on a future unsatisfied customers. And round and round it goes.

Never happen, Yanick…

Rich Updates: The creator involved, Dennis Hopeless has outed himself to say,

Rich, you might as well use my name on that Arena note. I wasn't going to publicize shitty fan behavior but the reason Marguerite saw it is that I thought it was funny and was showing it around to creators. I signed those comics and gave them to the next 5 Avengers Arena fans who came up, telling them the story.
