Green Arrow, The Next DC Comic To Feel The Cut? (UPDATE)

green-arrow35UPDATE: Don't you hate it when just the headline of an article publishes? Apologies, fixed now… been one of those days.

Green Arrow is one of the twelve DC titles that have survived uncancelled and unrelaunched since the New 52 relaunch in 2011.

But, just as DC Comics find themselves (currently) with a hit TV show in Supergirl and no monthly comic to go with it, so they may also be about to find themselves with no DC Universe monthly comic to go with another of their hit shows.

Because despite the success of TV's Arrow, I have been told by well connected sources that the comic is going for the chop. Possibly when all the other surviving titles hit issue 52.

The digital first comic Arrow will continue, set as it is in the TV continuity. But Green Arrow may be about to fall to earth in Berkeley Square…
