Rocket League Opening An Ice Hockey Playlist For Winter Event

Rocket League will likely be a pretty big player in most game of the year discussions this year. If you told me a car soccer game would be part of the discussion back in January, I'd probably not believe you.

The game is seeing a bit of an overhaul to celebrate Winter too. Specifically, starting December 14th, a playlist will open, turning the field into an ice rink and the ball into a puck. Rocket League ice hockey? Count me in. You'll be able to get new rewards too for playing this mode. This event will be entirely free.

However, you could pick up Xmas Rocket Trail, Blitzen Topper, Christmas Tree Topper, Sad Sapling Topper, Santa Topper, Candy Cane Antenna, Holiday Gift Antenna for a little money if you are so inclined.
