Joe Quesada Addresses Suicide Squad Director's "F- You Marvel"

At the Suicide Squad premiere last night, director David Ayer caused a twitterstorm after he echoed someone else shouting "F- Marvel" from the crowd, while on stage. The real life equivalent of a retweet.

It didn't go down well. So he tweeted out

That still didn't go down too well either.

Well Marvel's Chief Creative Officer Joe Quesada has tweeted out,

As one who was once castigated by DC Comics for remarks he made about "AOL Comics" being like a pornstar who couldn't get it up – leading to DC execs trying to get him fired, and  refusing any DC/Marvel crossovers since – it's good to see that Joe, at least, has a level head in such situations.

Seeing Suicide Squad in two days…
