In the Secret Wars series, it was the end of all things. Then all things were reconstructed by Doctor Doom and the Molecule Man into one patchwork planet of realities, all existing side by side. Towards the end, everything was put back together by a Reed Richards who had taken the power of Doom, and the Molecule Man, remaking reality one dimension at a time.
And for some reason keeping in things like cancer, torture, and Piers Morgan.
And while some people appear to have a full knowledge of what went down, including Miles Morales, Doctor Doom, Gwenpool, The Maker, and Katie Power, others… do not.
Including, it seems, Ben Grimm, the Thing.

Now, it all got fixed later as the Secret Wars came to an end. But how The Thing thinks he survived — and how he thinks Susan Storm, Valeria and Franklin died, as well as Reed Richards — that's for another day. Maybe. Or course the rest of the world may be about to think something very different, in order to give the Human Torch hope…
As long as there aren't many more Trump jokes.
