Roxane Gay Vies for Batgirl Job on Twitter, DC Exec Responds
In yet another example of how clickbait media can change the world, Roxane Gay has successfully filed a job application for screenwriter of Batgirl via Twitter. For years, the clickbait media has been reporting on any mention of a Hollywood professional about a superhero movie project as news, filling the 24-hour entertainment news cycle with speculative clickbait reports on the prospect. Now, it seems, Twitter has been officially accepted as a means of applying for jobs on major superhero projects.
Following the news of alleged fake feminist Joss Whedon's departure from Batgirl, which he was expected to write and direct, novelist and writer of secret superhero projects Roxane Gay tweeted:

Warner Bros vice president Michelle Wells received the application and immediately scheduled a follow-up interview:

So if you're interested in a job in the DCEU, all you have to do is be a successful writer, actor, or filmmaker, and let them know… on Twitter!
