Fortnite is Bringing Back the Rare Red Knight Skin
Once upon a time, in the grand land of Fortnite, there was a special rare Red Knight skin that everyone wanted and few got their hands on. Then the skin went away and, like a lot of players, we just assumed it was retired forever and would be sitting in the fabled "vault" that Epic Games has where they put objects away that supposedly never see the light of day again. Well… that's not the case this time. The company announced to Twitter yesterday that the legendary and sought-after skin would be returning to the game on July 5th.
The skin will be available in the Fortnite shop, ready for anyone to buy along with the Crimson Axe. The skin has earned the reputation of being the female version of the Black Knight, which in our eyes already makes it cooler, and has only been featured in the game a handful of times. You'd think people would be happy to see it return, but as it turns out, Reddit and Twitter immediately got flooded with outraged people who are annoyed that this skin is going to become a hot property everyone will purchase and make their versions less valuable. We say… get over it, it's just a cosmetic.
