"Fortnite" Season 2 Has A New Faction Wars Leak

It's been a minute since we've had a juicy Fortnite leak, but a good one is now making the rounds as a critical addition to Season 2 has been revealed. According to iFireMonkey on Twitter, the devs are gearing up to have a faction battle. Right now you can join one of two factions in the game with Team Ghost or Team Shadow. Apparently, sometime soon, they will kick off a new round of competitions in the game which will involve picking a side and fighting for it. What's more, you can upgrade your faction's intel level through victories. And if you want, you can even switch sides and help out the other team if you feel like being a traitor or evening the playing field.

According to the hacked files, the higher your faction level is, the bigger the reward you'll receive. The new mode is apparently going to be in the Limited-Time Mode and not part of any other area in the game. When it will kick off in Fortnite is anyone's guess, this isn't an exact science since they're taking the info directly from the code. We'll just have to wait until the day comes they decide to launch it.
