Funko is Releasing a Line of Fortnite Collectibles Soon

The official Funko twitter account shared some exciting news for Fortnite fans today, indicating that a new line of collectibles will be coming soon based off the hit battle royale game. While we don't have many details on what the line will look like, or even what skins will be getting the vinyl treatment, we do know that Funko is partnering with Epic Games on the project. So you can bet that they'll be awesome.

You can check out the announcement tweet below:

While we don't have specifics yet, we can make some guesses as to what the Funko's will look like. Fans can likely expect to see the standard skins and some favorites show up in the line. Funko did confirm that they will be producing Fortnite-themed products in most of their lines including the ever-popular Pop! line, 5 Star, Pint Size Heroes, Vynl, and even Keychains.

While speaking about the partnership, Mark Rein, Vice President of Epic Games, had this to say:

"We're all big fans of Funko's collectibles, so we were thrilled when we had the chance to partner with them on the Fortnite collection. We hope our players are as excited as we are about all of the cool stuff that's on its way."

The Funkos will be set to launch by this year's holiday season, so we shouldn't have to wait too long to find out more details. In fact, those details might be coming this week during San Diego Comic-Con, as Funko tends to roll out a whole slew of announcements during the show.
