A Tale Of Two Bill Sienkiewiczes

Legendary comic book creator, Bill Sienkiewicz has been posting his most recent work.

I worked on these two advertising campaigns on literally the same day, jumping back and forth between them as I waited for washes to dry, or as the giddy absurdity of the mood struck.

First was for a movie poster for a film called American Pimp, a behind the scenes deal about the lives of prostitutes and their 'managers'. Did a dude sitting on a throne of women; objectified to hell. Pretty hard core stuff.

The other was a series of storyboards for a proposed animated feature length film featuring Thomas the Magic Train. You know, for kids.
