Abnett And Culbard's New Deadwardians For March 2012

Vertigo has announced a new eight issue mini-series by Dan Abnett and INJ Culbard (HP Lovecraft's At The Mountains Of Madness) called The New Deadwardians, a zombie/vampire detective story set in an England in 1900, in the last year of the Victorian era and on the cusp of the beginning of the Edwardian era, one influenced more by society, fashion and art imported from Europe. In which "nearly everyone in the upper class has voluntarily become a vampire to escape the lower classes who are all zombies" and a detective with the task of investigating murders in a world where everyone is already dead. Including the body of a young aristocrat found washed up on the Thames.

The first issue is published in March.
