BBC Turned Down A Russell T Davies Doctor Who Graphic Novel For The Fiftieth AnniversaryFrom a recent interview with Russell T Davies about his new TV show Wizards Vs Aliens, he told the Telegraph regarding Doctor Who;

"Don't ask me about the 50th anniversary [in November 2013], because it's nothing to do with me," he says. "I'm just a happy viewer now. I sat here thinking, I could write a graphic novel, I could even draw the graphic novel, that'd be brilliant… No. There we are then, I tried."

As well as a highly regarded TV writer and showrunner, Davies is also an accomplished cartoonist…
