This is the cover of Justice League #33, out in July (as well as Justice League #32, as the comic plays catch-up) which will feature the new Doom Patrol of the New 52.

Lets do some subtraction. Remove the arms of Lex Luthor, Batman, Power Ring, Aquaman, Captain Cold, Wonder Woman, Shazam and Cyborg…

Looks like Cliff Steel, Negative Man and Rita Farr are there.

Hmm. Is that Metamorpho as well?
