Yup, plenty to unpack from New Super Man #8 from Gene Luen Yang and Billy Tan today… as his Superman "S" gets a thorough-going over, from the I Ching.

With Trigrans being indiviually being associated with his emerging super powers, and then placed together…

It's a different order – and I think the Trigrams are reversed in position here. But if we follow the New Super Man order of Belly, Fist and Ear, as his emerging superpowers, the next would be Hips, Foot, Eye, Mouth and Head…

What superpowers would be with associated with each may be up for debate. Heat vision for eyes, super breath for mouth, super brain for head, super speed for feet… and super disco for hips?
