Daredevil to Wow Fashion-Conscious Comic Readers in Classic Red Costume This May

In the world of superhero fashion, sometimes it's the classic looks that remain timeless. This May, Daredevil will don his iconic red costume once again, an ensemble brought to us by Chip Zdarsky and Marco Checchetto. The news was revealed in a Marvel press release that wasn't sent to us because we sometimes say mean things about the House of Ideas, so we just copied it from Newsarama, who are always good boys.

What this means for the future of Daredevil is a question worth asking. As this most recent Daredevil relaunch saw Daredevil ditch the costume to wallow in self-pity and sniff bookstore clerks, putting the costume back on brings Daredevil full circle. In addition, May's issue will mark twenty published comics since Daredevil had a new number one issue, a veritable eternity in Marvel Comics time.
