Doctor Who Gets The Strangest Companion Yet in Time Lord Victorious

Tomorrow sees the release of the comic book Doctor Who: Time Lord Victorious #1 published by Titan Comics, kicking off a host of Time Lord Victorious multi-media tie-ins, including novels, audio stories, comics, annuals, toys, games and interactive experiences. It is very likely that most comic book stores (save for Forbidden Planet in London of course) may not have ordered enough copies, given the likely increased demand, so good luck getting yours. I have seen one rather spoilery image that may mean a lot more, featuring the Tenth Doctor on some kind of mission with a brand new companion – and a rarity too. Which necessitates some kind of big spoiler sign, I am sure I had one hanging around, oh right, there it is.

Because the Doctor's new companion in Doctor Who:  Time Lord Victorious #1 by Jody Houser and Roberta Ingranata isn't human. Or humanoid. Instead, they come in a rather familiar shape. And can make some seemingly excellent acrobatic jumps for the species in question.

The Doctor and his trusty companion, the Dalek. It's not Lumpy or Rusty the Dalek either. Though from all accounts, this Dalek is a bit rusty, and a bit lumpy too. Find out what joins such two enemies together in tomorrow's Doctor Who: Time Lord Victorious #1.
