In Spawn Kills Everyone 2 #1… No One Dies?

Two years ago Spawn Kills Everyone oneshotwas a smash hit from Image Comics, going to multiple printings as Todd McFarlane's Spawn murdered his way through some lightly satirised versions of superhero characters from other publishers and other creators.

They're now doing the same again with Spawn Kills Everyone Too, a four-issue mini-series by Todd McFarlane and Will Robson. So how will they make it different – but the same?
