It does mean that UK stores – and those using Lunar – may miss out promotional items like this one though. Did every store get the some? Did different stores get something different? Was there a difference between what UCS customers received and what Lunar customers received? Do let us know in the comments.

Lunar Comic Stores Get CGC Slabbed DC Comics Free as Well as UCS
A few weeks ago, Bleeding Cool reported that UCS Comic Distributors customers were to receive a free graded DC comic book as a thank you for choosing them. Turns out Lunar Distribution customers got one too – though there appears to have been some shipping delays this week – some retailers reported that their Diamond delivery yesterday arrived before their DC Comics delivery for once – even though the DC books are actually meant to go on sale yesterday. But it was probably worth waiting for, here's what one lucky comic book retailer received in their Lunar package this week. A 9.8 CGC Graded copy of the Bill Sienkiewicz cover of Harley Quinn.
On April 17th, Bleeding Cool broke the news that DC Comics was splitting from being exclusive with their distributor to comic stores, Diamond, and instead was empowering two comic book stores to become temporary distributors to all the others. On June 5th, Bleeding Cool broke the news that DC Comics had decided to quit Diamond for good and was moving everything across to new distributors/comic stores UCS and Lunar, and to Penguin Random House for graphic novels. We asked the then-unanswered question, what about the UK, which was due to receive shipping costs ten times the amount charged by Diamond UK. After repeated badgering, DC Comics relented and allowed Diamond UK to continue distributing DC Comics until the end of the year – something DC representatives credited Bleeding Cool with for repeatedly raising the issue. What happens in 2021, we still don't know.
