The print in question is the Hellboy Wild Hunt print that was done for the Phoenix Comicon and limited to 200.
On the website it's offered for only $50.00 and that is signed by Mignola. It includes a Certificate of Authenticity.
The same print is offered by X-WorldCollectibles on ebay for $124.00. Like Mike, I'm not sure why you'd want to pay an extra $74.00 (though you save $10.00 on shipping) unless you are specifically looking for number 15 of 200.
I understand marking rare things up to make a bit of a profit, but you should at least wait until they're sold out in the first place.
