Original Sin #2 from Jason Aaron and Mike Deodato asks the ever important question… who holds the eye?

That is how Marvel sent out these pages on Friday… and when I saw it, I almost laughed.

I get that the story here is about the Watcher and his missing eye… but if you are going to ask a question like that, maybe you shouldn't put another guy missing an eye on the cover. Come to think of it, wouldn't that be a great place to hide the Watcher's eye… under Nick Fury's eyepatch? I'm sure it's too big but… I'm getting off topic.

"This issue leads to the moment where the Pandora's Box that is the Watcher's accumulated lifetime of observations gets opened," says Marvel Executive Editor Tom Brevoort. "And sends the heroes of the Marvel Universe all off in different directions as information that they'd prefer to stay buried, or never knew about in the first place, gets released into the world."

The Watcher is dead, and the heroes of the Marvel Universe are on their own! Now the cosmic manhunt continues as leads on the murderer carry the heroes of the Marvel Universe down a dark path to secrets they don't want to know!
