Prizes To Be Won For Hallowe'en Cosplay At Your Local Comic Shop

This year, Hallowe'en is gracious enough to land on a Saturday. Which means the regular Hallowe'en Comic Fest day of cosplay and free comics is actually on Hallowe'en itself.

And the best cosplay in the country can win both customers and the store they shop at big prizes.

All customers have to do is pose in costume with one of the 21 of this year's free comics, get their photo in store and enter the contest right here.

When uploaded anyone can vote for their favourites, from November 3rd for a week to pick the winners…

Two grand prize winners will get a $500 shopping spree at their comic store, and one adult and child costumer from each category will get a $100 shopping spree.

While the adult and child who win most votes in each category will get a bunch of comics from the sponsors Action Lab, Aspen Comics, Chronicle Books, Dark Horse Comics, Diamond Select Toys, DK Publishing, Elephant Gun, Funimation, Funko, Gentle Giant, Giant Miscrobes, Goldibox, Kotobukiya, Mad Libs, Magnetic Press, Oni Press, Papercutz, Quirk Books, Scholastic, Storm King, ThreeZero, TopShelf, Trick or Treat Studios, Viz Media and Warpo.

And the store that has the most contestants that gets will get a $250 credit with Diamond. Retaiers are encouraged to set up a special section and background to encourage participation…
