Read This Preview of Spider-Man #3 Before It Gets Delayed Again
Spider-Man #3 is in stores from Marvel Comics next week (allegedly), by J.J. Abrams's kid and Sara Pichelli. And Abrams's kid has caught a lot of flack for getting a gig writing one of the most well-known superheroes in the world with no prior experience just because his dad is famous. But as it turns out, he may be a natural for the comic creation business after all. Because like a comic by a total pro, Spider-Man has been stricken with delays, with the final issue of this five-issue mini-series now set to hit stores in April! This kid may be the next Geoff Johns, fer chrissakes!
Thankfully, since it's been a while since the last issue, there's a recap page to get us caught up.
And then we catch up on Ben Parker, listening to adults argue.
Finally, Peter Parker remembers that with great power there must also come great responsibility, and also with fatherhood.
But Ben isn't in the mood to talk. Especially about his mom.
Ben gets so mad, in fact, he could explode. So he does.
Spider-Man #3 will supposedly be in stores on Wednesday, but we'll believe it when we see it.
