DC And Marvel Ch-Ch-Changes – 'Stomp Out Bullying Variant Covers' Getting Stomped?
In October, Marvel solicited ten comic books with "Stomp Out Bullying" variant covers. Captain America #25, Avengers #36, Amazing Spider-Man #7, Rocket Raccoon #4, Legendary Star-Lord #4, Guardians Of The Galaxy #20, Hulk #7, Inhuman #7, All-New X-Men #33 and Uncanny X-Men #27.
However retailers have been told that All-New X-Men #33, Amazing Spider-Man #7 and Uncanny X-Men #27 will be losing that designated variant.
I do hope nobody got to them…
But now here's a look at some Marvel creative changes for upcoming comics, that differ from their solicitations.
- Storm #3 losing Matteo Buffagni as artist to Pasqual Ferry
- Uncanny X-Men #26 being drawn by Kris Anka, not Chris Bachalo
- Robbi Rodriguez dropping off Wolverine & The X-Men #9, replacement unknown…
While DC Comics has its own set to compare and c-c-c-contrast,
- Thony Silas is taking over from Paulo Siqueira on Superman/Wonder Woman #12
- Scott Kolins is joining Tyler Kirkham on Worlds Finest #26
- Norm Rapmund, Scott Hanna and Tom Derenick are replacing Jeremy Roberts on New Suicide Squad #2
- John Timms is the artist on Harley Quinn #9 instead of Chad Hardin
- Batman #34 will have Gerry Duggan co-writing the book with Scott Snyder.
- Emanuela Lupacchino is no longer drawing Supergirl #34, instead that's Karl Moline.
- Andrew Hennessy is no longer drawing New Guardians #34 with Brad Walker.
- Red Hood And The Outlaws #34 will no longer be written by Will Feifer and drawn by Rafa Sandoval but will come from the pens of Scott Lobdell, RB Silva and Cory Smith instead.
- Jim Starlin will be drawing Infinity Man & The Forever People #3 instead of Keith Giffen and Scott Koblish.
It's a good time to be Jim Starlin right now!
