Lois Lane, Rubbing Her New Boyfriend In Superman's Face

When Bleeding Cool first reported the rumoured dissolution of the Lois Lane/Clark Kent marriage a few months ago, there was widespread derision. And even we couldn't quite believe the aspect that Superman may be hooking up with Wonder Woman as  result.

Well, the first show has properly dropped, and it's now been announced that Lois Lane has a new boyfriend.

The New York Daily News reports that in Superman #1, Lois Lane's chosen fellow is one Daily Planet co-worker Jonathan Carroll.
Jim Lee is quoted as saying "Superman is of the World's Greatest Super Heroes, but he can't have it all. Many of us know what it's like to be the odd man out and we think readers will have a soft spot for Clark when they see his reaction to Lois' new boyfriend."

And possibly a hard spot of they see him getting it on with Wonder Woman. Here's a squint-if-you-have-to two page preview of Superman #1 featuring the new love of Lois' life.
