New Trailer For Steven Knight's Locke Starring Tom Hardy
This is the US trailer of Steven Knight's Locke, made for US audiences, and may be my favorite so far.
There's a lot of exposition, and a lot of overly effusive critics' quotes, but there's also a real sense of suspense and danger with Tom Hardy's Ivan Locke sinking further and further into a hole with every phone call he makes or receives.
Still can't make heads or tails of what exactly happens for his life to spin so out of control so quickly – it seems it's a confluence of events and not just one thing – but I think this is just about the right amount of info to go into the movie with.
Locke releases in the UK on April 18th and a week later in the US on April 25th.
