Since the launch of CW's "Arrow" in 2012, the show's fan base, affectionately referred to as "Team Arrow," has quickly become a large, impactful community. The inspiration behind the community and this event, is the show's philanthropic star, Stephen Amell. Amell is also responsible for creating the now popular word "Sinceriously" to initiate any action while spreading as much good karma as possible. On Wednesday, October 7th, that is exactly what "Team Arrow: A Sincerious Premiere Viewing Party" is set to do.

Donations of $10 will be collected at the door. Additional donations for a chance to win prizes will be held through out the evening.  100% of all donations will go to The Hope and Heroes Children's Cancer Fund.

The Muppet Vault Presents: Geeky Stuff! 7:15 PM – 8:45 PM Benzaquen Hall at the DiMenna Center

This New York Super Week, Muppet fan website ToughPigs.com presents The Muppet Vault: Geeky Stuff, a celebration of all the times the Muppets got a bit geeky.  The evening will include screenings of classic and rare clips hand-picked by Muppet experts — and it's been scientifically proven that watching the Muppets with a room full of your fellow fans makes them even more entertaining!

The Muppet Vault Presents: Geeky Stuff! The Muppets have often collided with nerd culture.  Superman's Christopher Reeve and Wonder Woman's Lynda Carter were guest stars on The Muppet Show, and everyone loves Super Grover, the cutest, furriest superhero on Sesame Street.
But beyond that, the Muppets have done countless pop culture parodies (The Muppet Show's Pigs in Space, Sesame Street's recent hilarious Cookie Monster movie spoofs) and worked with tons of geek-friendly guest stars.  Be there! Tickets are $10.

The Thrilling Adventure Hour Presents: The WorkJuice Improv Experience (early show) 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM, Mary Flagler Cary Hall at the DiMenna Center

The Thrilling Adventure Hour Presents: The WorkJuice Improv Experience .  The WorkJuice Players of The Thrilling Adventure Hour return to their roots to bring you The WorkJuice Improv Experience. This New York Super Week event will include some combination of the following WorkJuice Players and friends: Paul F. Tompkins, Craig Cackowski, Marc Evan Jackson, Scott Adsit, Janet Varney, Hal Lublin, Mark Gagliardi, and more for an evening of thrilling improvisational adventure as they create an entire show on the spot – all based on the monologues of special guest Jean Grae! Tickets are $40 for VIP tickets which get priority seating and a signed poster from the cast, or $20 general admission.

Uptown Showdown: Superheroes vs. Villains 8:00 PM – 9:30 PM Symphony Space

You never know what to expect at this bi-monthly, wacky debate series that brings together two teams of comedians, writers and performers to face-off on a chosen topic. In this special New York Super Week edition, the defenders of justice battle it out with the criminal masterminds. Which are more badass? Those characters we love, or love to hate?

Debaters Janeane Garofalo, Mike Drucker, Michael Hartney (I Love Superman at UCB), Travon Free (The Daily Show), Jessica Delfino (New York Funny Songs Festival) will argue these lingering questions, drawing from historical fact and personal-opinion in equal measure, and with plenty of silliness and audience participation. Forget about school reform and health care, these issues, heatedly argued by some of the funniest, smartest, intensely wacky creative thinkers around, are the topics that keep us awake at night….in a good way. Winner decided by the audience.
Like our Facebook Page for updates, photos and video. Tickets are $15.

I Don't Get It, 8:00 PM – 9:30 PM HiFi Bar

I DON'T GET IT is a comedy show featuring the best established and up & coming stand-up comedians. It takes place twice monthly at HiFi Bar (169 Ave. A in NYC), and is produced by stand-up comedians Matt Schwartzer and Gary Levitt. This is a special edition of the show with a stellar lineup tailored for New York Super Week and New York Comic Con fans, featuring comics who have appeared on Comedy Central, NBC, CBS, ABC, etc. Tickets are $5.

Sci-Fi Explosion, 8:00 PM – 9:45 PM The Way Station

Why was Robocop a fried chicken pitchman in Japan? Who thought making an E.T. porno was a good idea? Why the hell was there an episode of Webster that took place on the bridge of the Enterprise? These questions have boggled the minds of science fiction fans for decades now, and Sci-Fi Explosion will answer them all! Join host Chris Cummins (Den of Geek, Uproxx) and special guests comedian Glen Tickle and Carmen Martella III (as a parody of Skeletor) for an evening of weird science fiction clips, trivia and music that celebrates the stranger side of sci-fi.  Includes prizes from Funko Toys, TV Store Online and Quirk Books. a

Glen Tickle will be a special guest.  Glenn is a writer and comedian. He once bow tie raced Bill Nye the Science Guy and lost. It wasn't even close. Not even a little. He really blew it. Tickle excels at Dr. Mario, but has yet to find a real world use for this skill.  Follow him on Twitter: @glentickle Tickets are $10. Must be 21 or older.

Star Wars Minute 9:00 PM – 10:30 PM Benzaquen Hall at the DiMenna Center

The STAR WARS MINUTE is a daily podcast that humorously analyzes, scrutinizes and celebrates the STAR WARS saga one minute at a time. Each episode is devoted to spending 20 minutes or so discussing a single minute from the movies–every single minute, in order. We got through all 122 minutes of STAR WARS (A NEW HOPE) in 2013, covered THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK in 2014 and are currently examining RETURN OF THE JEDI (and, yes, we even devoted two live episodes to the STAR WARS HOLIDAY SPECIAL!).  STAR WARS MINUTE is not affiliated with Lucasfilm or Disney.

Join the co-hosts of the famous Star Wars Minute podcast and their special guests as they analyze, scrutinize and celebrate the virtually-forgotten 1984 TV movie An Ewok Adventure: Caravan of Courage! Tickets are $7.

Welcome to an evening of Game of Thrones nirvana. On October 9th, fans and bannermen from throughout the land unite in epic fashion, a true post-New York Comic Con celebration of all things Thrones — A Night of Ice and Fire. Hosted by GoT's Kristian Nairn (Hodor) and Zack Luye, gather and meet new friends through this collection of festivities leading into the convention's late night hours as part of New York Super Week. As night gathers, join the Watchers on the Wall (the internet's definitive Game of Thrones community) in goblet clashing, banner raising, and merrymaking. Enjoy the con's official prize-filled Game of Thrones costume contest officiated by local meet-up legends, Fire and Lunch. Celebrated Brewery Ommegang (brewers of the official Game of Thrones beer collection) bring to the stage a finale and conclusion to the week's Boulder, Sword, and Dragon contest, with other delicious surprises. Joined by special guests, the Game of Owns podcast will temper the mystery and hysteria surrounding Season 6, and beyond. Kristian Nairn, who has become one of the world's foremost DJ's, will spin his larger-than-life set. It all leads here. All of this inside the iconic Hard Rock Cafe in Times Square, after you wrap up a long day at New York Comic Con. Call the banners. Tickets are $45.   Must be 18 or older.  Doors at 7pm.

Geek on Fleek Fashion Show and Headphone Party 8:00PM Doors / 9:30 Fashion Show / 8PM-2 AM After Party Stage 48, 605 48th Street

MERAKI EXPO & COSPLAY McCALLS invite you to Geek on Fleek NYCC's premier fashion show & after party. The final A-list event at Comic Con 2015, a one of a kind party hosted by Yaya Han (the star Syfy's hit TV show Heroes of Cosplay).

The Comic Con exclusive fashion show will take place October 10th in New York City. Tickets are on sale now at Bit.ly/geekfleek. The event will feature the leading geek-wear brands and over 60 different looks from Cosplay McCalls, We Love Fine, Lunaria, Arda Wigs and many more. The most creative, fashionable, and all-around fun show has been tailored and planned for the Comic Con audience. This geek fashion fantasy spectacular will amaze, as the models debut the hottest clothes in geek fashion.

In addition to the fashion show the event will host the first ever NYCC Headphone Rave. A headphone rave is a live music event where three DJ's spin different genres such as: 80's, Top 40, Hip-hop and everything in between, which is streamed through wireless headphones. The result is hundreds of club-goers dancing, singing, socializing and never leaving the dance floor, as they control the DJ they listen to and volume level of the music. Glowing colored LED Headphone lights indicate which station someone is listening to, so partygoers can dance to their own beat, follow the crowd, or simply spectate. If someone wants to chat up a friend, they simply remove their headphones and are actually able to hear the person they're talking to without blaring club music.

In addition to the fashion show and headphone rave the attendees will have the chance to win original prizes from 17 different sponsors valued at over $3,000 dollars. Some of the featured prizes include a Janome sew machine (MSRP $800), a Double Deluxe Dress form by Dritz (MSRP $239), Arda Wigs, Mood Fabric, a makeup shopping spree, Cosplay in America's 2nd book, and many more.

Just in case you run into your high school crush who's now a multibillionaire—or Alan Cumming—and you need some extra courage, drink specials will include the 'Diet Coke with Extra Cherry Vodka', the 'Ball-Busting Dried-Up Career Woman' and the 'Time After Time'. Admission is just $5 in advance, $7 at the door. And everyone who arrives 10-11pm will get a Corona beer included with admission!
